Designing for Scrum: Insights from the Front Lines

Through my tenure in a Scrum team, I've garnered invaluable lessons in collaboration, communication, and productivity. A proficient Scrum Master steered us towards a workflow yielding remarkable results.

The mentorship I received profoundly shaped my product design methodology, and I'm eager to impart these learnings to those unfamiliar with the approach.

Presently, in a team within an early-stage startup, we're predominantly following a "Waterfall" process. This shift has prompted me to reflect on the benefits and drawbacks of Scrum management methodology. While the Waterfall approach offers certain advantages, such as clear milestones and deadlines, I'm also considering how elements of Agile methodologies like Scrum could enhance our adaptability and responsiveness to evolving project requirements.
