My previous experience as a detective police officer in Hong Kong enabled me to tackle diverse challenges and cultivate strong problem-solving skills. I began as a Sub-unit Commander and progressed through roles at the divisional, district, and Headquarter levels, focusing on crime investigation throughout my police career.

Upon relocating to Germany in 2019 and transitioning to financial crime compliance at a major bank, I realized I needed a more challenging career. This prompted me to shift my professional path to tech and product design, where I could apply the skills I gained from previous experience.

In my recent journey, I have delved into various industries, including digital professional coaching, automotive, and contract management. During this time, I have collaborated with early-stage startups and an agency expertised in automotive, contributing to UX projects for Volkswagen commercial vehicles.

My favourite design process involves validating hypotheses through data analysis and user research, identifying user pain points, then addressing the challenges with simple and intuitive designs.
